Liberators of France, Belgium, Holland, and Germany,
he fought in all five theatres in Europe. Omaha Beach, St. Lo,
Operation Cobra, Mortain, Paris, Aachen, The Bulge,
Siegfried Line, Malmedy, La Gleize, St. Vith, Stavelot, Spa,
Huertgen Forest, The Rhine, to Magdeburg and
across the Elbe River, Germany.

If you have a relative who saw more combat and was more
highly decorated, I'll not only give you your money back
- I will salute you !

The above photo displays his medals:

Distinguished Service Cross
French Cross of War
Belgium Fourragere
Distinguished Unit Citation
5 Bronze Stars
Combat Infantry Badge and others

You won't find another collection of WW II stories as
entertaining and riveting. He let's it all hang out
about the women, the exhuberant liberated people,
the POW's of Buchenwald, the excitement of the war's
end for he and his infantrymen friends who were
the lucky few who lived through all 11 months of pure hell.

The celebration to end all others came as General
Leland Hobbs selected Private JOSEPH and a medal of
honor hero to room next to him and General William Harrison
on the Queen Mary for the victory ride home to New York. Next
to the Generals' was Admiral Stark's stateroom just steps away
from the boardroom where Churchill signed
the D-Day invasion orders in 1943 on the Promenade deck.

Stark was Commander of the entire Atlantic Fleet
and there were 500 nurses on the top deck and 15,000
troops on the decks below. He told Private JOSEPH he
was welcome to anything in his personal liquor cabinet
and they celebrated for four days on that triumphant
voyage home.

This story will make you laugh, cry, and fill you with the
most incredible spirit the world has ever known, the God
given spirit that spared his life at least 9 times and
defeated Hitler's own 1st SS Division twice.

Dedicated to all who fought for freedom or just survived WW II
and their siblings, withersoever dispersed
around the world.

Respectfully,

Frank D. Joseph III
